CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Sushant Shhah / Innermystics is/are committed to providing exceptional service with the highest standards in the Holistic Integrated Wellness Therapies industry. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting with us. And to keep things transparent and simple, the following CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY is applicable on all transactions made by you:
- Once the participant/s pays the fees, it shall not be refunded under any circumstances. However, we may consider your request if it’s a special case – please drop an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for asking refund and we may communicate if it’s approved or try to set right what is not.
- Payment for the courses canceled or postponed by us will be adjusted/ transferred to the same course for another time/date in another or the same city at no cost. In the event of such cancellation, the institute is not liable for expenses incurred for travel and stay bookings. If you take a refund in such cases, then special pricing, if any will not be applicable for the same course in the future.
- You are not eligible for a refund for any reason if the amount is not paid in advance by you for the course or services. Amount paid on the same day or on the spot is not eligible for a refund for any reason.
All sales on the sushantshhah.com / Innermystics are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the purchases you make via online or offline mode and all charges that result from those purchases. You are also responsible for the information provided at the time of making the purchase and all charges that result from those purchases. We are not responsible for any purchase of incorrect value or paid in an incorrect bank account. However, if a transaction is performed by you on our website, money has been charged to your card or bank account, please inform us within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction. You shall inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the “Contact Us” page. Please include in the e-mail the following details – your full name, the mobile number, email id, transaction date and order number, copy of the payment receipt/screenshot. We will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account by mistake, and credited at our end, then either we will issue you an email in writing in this regard or follow up with the payment gateway/bank to reverse the transaction back to the source or you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to the mode by which you made the payment i.e. back to the source. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s / credit card issuer’s policy.
